Service technician is usually very quick
I rate AHS three stars because of the difficulty in requesting service. The automated phone system is clearly designed to frustrate and discourage the caller to the point they hang up. Which is what I did. I went on line, scheduled the service and all went well from there.
Very customer supportive. We have not had a negative experience
