I like the ease of doing a request for service and that the service is usually pretty fast - in the summer it may take 2-3 days for AC service, but that is to be expected. The service we receive has also been quite good overall.

My daughter had AHS years ago and it helped them with some large ticket items. We decided to join AHS and I am glad we did. It has helped us over the last 5 years with many home repairs.

We have overall been very pleased with AHS and wouldn’t want to be without this coverage. I’ve noticed over the years that their processes have improved and customer service has been extremely helpful. Our experiences with their contractors has been very positive with very few exceptions and when we did have issues AHS rectified the issues and concerns. We have no doubt that the cost of coverage has paid for itself and highly recommend.
