Inconsistent with allowing replacements. Hit or miss with quality of repair services.
When I've had issues with my home that are covered by my warranty, they have quickly sent someone over to resolve the issue.

The coverage is minimal with lots of stipulations. You have to read the fine print. There are other providers who offer just as much coverage if not more.
Not all of the subcontractors solve the issue the first time they come out and have to return. However, overall, we're very pleased with what the service provides to keep our house in good condition.
