Prompt and answered all questions
The first time I contacted AHS, it was a weekend and my air conditioner wasn’t working. They sent someone out on Sunday, but it wasn’t working well so had to send them out again. Fixed during a horrendous heatwave.

Beginning to doubt value for money. Increased monthly premium plus we pay $100 each service call and still end up paying big bucks to get anything fixed or replaced even when contractors recommend replacement.
Very professional. The mechanic contacted me early to let me know he was on his way to my place. He came and took care of business and was on his way. Just like I like it.
Response time on each issue was satisfactory, however I would recommend having 24 hour response for anything you have to pay for similar to emergency road service
Absolutely wonderful replaced with a new dishwasher when parts unavailable
The guys unloaded and placed my refrigerator where I wanted it. They were professional and polite. They cleaned up all the packing wrap and foam that can with the refrigerator, very pleased with the work.
