Having to continually receive repair after repair on and item we felt definitely should have been replaced and would have lost all of our food if we didn’t replace it ourselves.
I Like the ease of Svc call scheduling. Svc companies have been pretty good. I do not like the selectivity of what is and what is not uproot and or covered. The more expensive the repair or replacement the less likely. Obviously you are going to be granted coverage. Doesn’t seem exactly non-biased.
A great warranty and company. My AC, Dishwasher and clothes washer all went down this summer. The professionals who came out to do the work did great work, and were efficient.
What covered by the plan often a challenge to figure out. Hard to understand the employees on the phone due to strong accents.
