Every experience I've had has been good but most recent. When I had a large expensive air conditioning break down, AHS could have tried not to fix it but it was not problem. AHS & tech walked through every step and it was seemless. Great warranty!
They're great for small fixes (although generally not quick at all), but for larger issues, they will continue to fix the same problem over and over and over instead of replacing the entire unit causing the issue.
The technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the problem right away.
