The few times I've had to call, things were taken care of quickly.
It's all in the contractors. We've used them for HVAC and the contractor was top notch. We've used them for plumbing and one star isn't low enough. (They came three times, never snaked our drain, left us with three inches of raw sewage backed up into a shower, then never came back. AHS kept telling us we had to wait on the plumber to return. He never did. We called RotoRooter. No apology or followup from AHS.)
Had issues with my A/C and it was fixed that day.
Delays. Difficult with website. Contact difficult.

They sent out a good company. There are some great companies that are on their list.
Prompt, everything is always covered, love love them
Easy to work with and very responsive. Has definitely been worth the money to have this coverage. Don't buy an older home without it.
