It's difficult to get in touch with a person. I was charged 2 times for the same service. I had my washer serviced and when the tech left the UE is still lighting up. Did an online chat and was assured a ticket would open ... nothing happened I had to open one up again for the same service and was charged another $100 ! When the tech came he said there was nothing he could do except fix the work the previous guy did. Also, now I'm waiting for the computer board to be replaced in hopes the UE sensor doesn't stop the washer. T... read more

It was a long process to get our furnace replaced. I had to wait an additional 2 days before someone was able to come out because they sent a company that did not specialize in our Bryant furnace. This was even after I specifically told them I needed a company who does work on those furnaces because this issue happened in the past. After the initial service request and a review to approve the replacement of our furnace it, it took almost a week to get it replaced.
