Tech arrived on time and repaired garbage disposal.
I have had a contract with AHS for nine years. Service had always been excellent until my claim for a gas furnace filed in November 2021. I have talked with your service reps. It took until mid-December to get my furnace replaced. It was a frustrating experience . The techncian could not get a furnace. You can review the records. Even though this was not good overall AHS has been very responsive in the past.
Always great no hassles. Never gives you less then what you have very timely.
The companies they have sent out have been very prompt and professional
I was very pleased with the service and also the serviceman was on time and very polite.
AHS has taken care of my clients. I personally had a hot water heater go out during the cold spell. AHS took care of me during the shortage of hot water heaters.
Excellent customer service. I have had to call AHS several times over the years and each time the customer service was outstanding.
