Was do easy put on request in with the info they needed, repairman was located and my washer was fixed with in weeks.
Recently had 2 claims put in. The service providers responded quickly and appointments were made within a reasonable time frame. Handled professionally and workers were friendly.
I have had to use the service twice in the last 6 months and it was both quick and easy to use and the repairs where great.
I was not happy with one of their calls to service at my home. I was told I had to pay again fir them to come back out. I was not pleased with that at all.
The staff are always very polite and it's relatively easy to get a real person on the phone to answer my questions. When a contractor failed to contact me, AHS was helpful in the process to reassign the work order to a new contractor so my repair could proceed.
Great company but prices go up every year and it takes awhile for contractors to contact you
Fast excellent service. Technician was the best
It's convenient to have a one-stop-shop to call for repairs, but the products that they replace items with are of poor quality and/or they give you a very limited budget to buy a new product that isn't on their approved items
Great experiences with time and customer service. I'm so happy the previous owner got this for our 1st year and I kept up with it after that 1st year and I'm so happy!
