Terrible communications, automated phone system designed to frustrate to the point you give up. Went on line, when I renewed they failed to update and the system kept showing my account expired. Again no phone service to get help until I finally punched in the number to purchase new plan. Suddenly I am connected to sales with an agent anxious to sell. Timeliness of responses and work performed
Good service and response on low cost repairs. Unfortunately on expensive hvac duct replacement not one dollar was allowed.
My hot water tank broke. We made a temp fix but based on the age and condition we are replacing with a like unit. This is great
I feel they are knowledgeable and have a good work ethic
So far, all services rendered were excellent. Technicians were able to diagnose and fix the problems.
Friendly helpful service. The service people were excellent and the customer service people were great.
The wait time for a vendor to come out to service your appliance is too long
They are good, but not that good. Particularly involving AC issues where you can be without AC for weeks at a time.
