My AC broke and this was my first time having to file a claim. The AHS website was extremely easy to navigate and i was able to file my claim and be assigned a repair service quickly. They were able to come out within 2 days to fix my AC. My AC started working again right away so we thought the problem was resolved but within 4 hours from them leaving it stopped working again. I haven't had AHS for very long but they seem to be very efficient. They came out and re-keyed my home very quickly.
It was very good. Tech was on time and resolved the issue.
So far it's been very good and trust worthy. The companies recommended have been high quality.
Problem solve perfectly very understanding
I received a low grade washing machine due to replacement cost although I had the same problem 3 months prior. I paid $125 service fee twice.
They have been nothing but helpful and get the contractors set up quickly.
AHS is very responsive and gets the broken items fixed quickly
