Repair on our washer went quick and very well. Repair on our refrigerator went on and on and on...almost 2 months. The appliance repair company kept sending AHS parts department the part information but the AHS parts department kept sending the wrong part. Appliance company was basically telling AHS the part no longer exists. Meanwhile, me and my family of 6 have been living out of a small apartment refrigerator we had to purchase. My ac went out at my new house. I gave a 4 star bc it took them 24 hours to get there and it was 90 in my house with my grand kids. But once they came ..perfect
