American Home Shield is great. I recommend it to everybody. My dishwasher filled up with water and wouldn't work and the claims process was very seamless. All I did was go on the website on a Thursday night and click, “I have a problem.” and I was able to get a service guy out on Friday the next day. Everything was then taken care of and I was charged 125 bucks. The service guy had to order a part and it took a week to get the part in then he came back and installed it. Everything was perfect.
My air conditioner was leaking into the living room and Sancho Services was quick. They got the issue taken care of. The AHS website was pretty easy to use and they told me to expect the contractor the following day. I had some water damage but the repair mitigated the water damage. I like AHS so far. I have two houses, one in New Orleans and one here. I had American Home Shield up until last year on the house in New Orleans. And I'm gonna get it reinstated. I had some problems with my electrical socket and I submitted a claim online to American Home Shield. I got a call the next day from an electrician and he made an appointment to come out and see me the next day. He came as scheduled and he fixed my socket. He was very nice and the socket has been working fine since the repair.
I bought the new home but I couldn't use American Home Shield because the previous owner already bought one. I was pretty satisfied with American Home Shield from the previous home that's why I got the full coverage this time. I like their service. Recently, I had an issue with the cable in the garage door. My son has American Home Shield and he kept trying to talk me into it. We've lived here for 40 years and things are bound to break down and both my husband and I are on a limited income. I finally called and set it up with the home warranty company, and I'm glad I did. So far, so good. We made a service request when we were having issues with our AC unit. Someone from the company Comfort Air Control came and he was very good. He also had a mask on. The issue was with the motor in the AC. He needed to replace a fan type thing... read more
second time around. the first tech did not resolve the problem, the second one did!! He was very professional. The lst tech was not as thorough - did not inspect like the second one.
I am pleased to be a customer of AHS. I must admit, I don\'t trust many companies in 2020. As a senior I have been lied to and taken advantage of by other warranty companies. However, my years with AHS have been the most pleasant experience. They are honest and the service companies are professional and polite. When my appliance needed to be replaced it done immediately. I have the highest respect for this service and the cost is well worth the monthly charge.
Appliance Professionals is great. I've dealt with two of their technicians, and both of them have been highly professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. They're always fully masked and very accommodating as well. They've been really outstanding. They explained the issue to the extent that they knew. I've had a great experience with American Home Shield. I called them for a stoppage issue and their rep was fine. They gave me a number then they emailed me. Third Generation was my contractor and they were great. Everything was good and I haven't had any problem since they came out. The repair was extremely helpful.
