I has been ok, but my account still has the old homeowner's info and I've tried more times than I can count to get it corrected. On my dashboard I can't even see my contract, it's still the previous homeowners and the contract number on my dashboard is still the previous homeowners.

AHS is hit or miss. I always get anxiety when I need to make a service request. I have had pretty bad experiences with some of the technicians they assign to my house. Some are great, and others are terrible.
AHS I was Very efficient and timely. I’ve been a customer for a few years.
