The contractor replaced a motor and the AC is now working great.
The water heater wasn't working properly. I called and did a request. The guy from Clean Rite Dream Service came and he said that he needed to see if they needed to replace something. He replaced the whole water heater. He was very professional and he explained everything about the new unit. Everything was great.
The air conditioner wasn't working. It wasn't getting cool when we turn it on. I called Home Shield and they told me that someone will be coming out. I have two ACs and the tech checked the big one, but he said it was a bigger job than they could handle so Home Shield sent Rush out to see it. They were very courteous and very knowledgeable. The motor had seized up on the dryer and when I sent in a claim with AHS, they sent out a tech who replaced it. They handled it properly and to my satisfaction. With AHS, you got to know what is covered and what's not. For example, I had another recent job through a leak on an air handler and apparently, it was caused by a cleaning that needed to be done. When I ran any faucet or flush any toilet, it sounded like the pipes were moaning in my walls. I submitted a request online. The website was okay but it was kind of limiting. I wish that I could add more information to fully document everything. I was then alerted that the information was forwarded to United Air Temp and that they would be contacting me. They contacted me quickly. They were great and their tech was wonderful. He was very professional and courteous. He explained everything and he answered all of my questions.... read more
I had an issue with the front panel of our heating unit. The Triton Pool techs were courteous and knowledgeable. They were honest people from a civilized business. The techs didn't come into our residence at all. They had masks and maintained social distancing. They ordered the needed part and it came in about a week. I'm gonna use their service from now on for when we open and close our pool coming in and out of season. So far, I like AHS's service. I'll probably end up renewing our contract with them again.
I filed an AC claim online and it was easy. Royal Air Conditioning and Heating came out and there was some confusion about one of the switch was off. The AC is running good now.
The capacitor in our AC had an issue and All Comfort Specialist came and checked it out. Then fixed it and they were in and out in less than an hour. Everything is working perfectly. It was really easy to get that claim started. The experience was phenomenal. We had another warranty company before and couldn't get anything out of them to fix anything. So, we're really happy with the response from American Home Shield on everything that they've done so far.
My AC wasn't cooling at all. I got online and the contractor contacted me. Everything worked pretty smoothly and the contractor was great. American Home Shield has been great too. They're responsive and I'm getting the service that I want.
