Took 3 service calls to fix refrigerator. Once the ticket was reassined to a company that already said they could not fix it. Tasks get done if persistent enough. Task took 2 weeks to final repair. Long time to do without refrigerator.
It paid for itself in the first 30 days and I would plan on extending

I called on a Friday and the contractor wasn't scheduled to come until Monday, it was going to be 118 that weekend and my AC was not working

The weekend was an issue for AC repair. But the came out Monday and repaired all the was needed.
