Several household utilities require immediate repairs(furnace, AC, etc.). On several occasions, AHS has not been able to accommodate these required fixes.
Not all of their contractor partners are high quality. The last contractor that was brought in to repair my refrigerator was excellent, however he was "an anomaly".
decent rates, fast and reliable. If the product could not be repaired, it has been replaced. Delivered, installed without hassles.

Washer would not cycle. I thought it was something easy but I didn't feel like dealing with it so I made an appointment on the website. Repair showed up fast and it turned out to be a bad board that is no longer made so the washer had to be replaced. Turns out I was right it was easy. All I did was choose from the selection of new replacement washers and it was delivered and installed quickly

It was easy putting in a service request they made all the appointments and stayed with the job till it was fixed. Very happy with the way my repair was handled.

Always able to get things repaired or fixed. And if the repair is needed again, there is never an issue of coming back out to get the job completed.. I've been with AHS for nearly all 10 years and I will recommend this company to anyone looking for a quality home warranty program..
