i got the service we expected when we signed up for the home shield warranty. We got rupdates as the process of repairing the water heater progressed

Company that was sent out recommend replacing water heater because it was to old to repair AHS decision was to not replace it

I like having am extra layer of assurance incase a repair is needed in my home but sometime it's difficult to speak to a representative when needed. Also, some of the technicians don't do the greatest work and try to overprice consumers. Its a little hard to trust Ahs when the technicians are swindling us.
