I like that it saved me money, but it took 2 weeks without reliable air conditioning in 100-degree Texas to resolve my issue, & 3-4 days for each service call request, which was miserable when my house was 85 degrees & I couldn't sleep at night.

Biggest complaint is that AHS does not provide you with a list of possible providers each time you need service from which you can select one. Often the provider they assign is one you don't like because of previous bad experience. Also, AHS is becoming more and more expensive in their annual premium for what little they are used. Maybe they should base their premium on a person's usage from year to year to make it more economical.
