It's easy to utilize their services, fairly priced, and quick to respond to service requests. My only complaint is related to our refrigerator repair. Our part was back ordered and they offered to reimburse up to a certain amount towards a new refrigerator which is great! But they process is slightly tedious. Overall, we've been happy.
