I placed a request for service on-line. As part of that request, I paid for the service using a card. Within 24 hours, the service was completed, thoroughly, rapidly, professionally. Ten days later, I received notice I had not paid the bill. So, I went on-line to find my invoice/bill, which was not there. I paid the bill using my card, but I could not log out without pressing the "Pay Now" button a second time. After logging out, I received two separate e-mails reporting that I had paid. In most instances I have very little difficulty getting my issues fixed. There was a time where I had to fight and I almost left but customer service has improved greatly over the last couple of years.
The plumber that came to fix my tub never finished, I have had duct tape on my tub for a few years. He took the side of the tub off and then called to say he couldn't find faucets that were reasonable enough.
Customer service is in India and hard to understand. Local vendors have been just OK. Lots of exclusions in the policy...but that is not unique. Better than not having a home warranty I guess.
Did it online. Very efficient didn't have any problems selecting what the problem was
Recently had a crawlspace furnace unit go down. Wasn't an emergency, but AHS promptly dispatched a very knowledgeable Sr. Technician who identified and repaired the unit and returned it to service. Our heat was restored. Kudos to the Technician who went out ofhis way to locate the part and go out of his way to get the job done. Great support
