Our clothes washer broke down. We reported it to AHS via the website and were connected to a contractor some 7 days later. The contractor was prompt, courteous, and competent. After reporting his findings to AHS ti was about a week and half before AHS responded via email with an offer to replace the unit. We chose the cash out option and now 2 weeks later are still awaiting the check.

I made an appointment on late Tuesday - received a call on Wednesday and a techinican was in my home early Thursday
