My experience with American Home Shield has been good thus far, the toughest part is going through automated system for repair request, I'd prefer to speak to someone. All of my service repairs have been prompt. I recently upgraded my coverage which I believe shows satisfaction

AHS uses good contractors and work gets done fairly soon. I do wish you had an emergency service option for when heat goes out in the middle of winter or water is pouring out of a broken fixture...often 2-3 days before someone comes out.
They always get the people we need to fix things.
