Tri County Appliance did very well so I was very pleased with the service we got. They had to get the parts in but they came back out as soon as the parts got here and had it taken care of. We've been pleased with American Home Shield also. They took care of the claim right away. Their reps are all very nice and everything is good.
My fan stopped working and Lee's Heating and Air repaired it. They were great. It was easy to do the claim online as well.
I called Home Shield's number and told the lady I needed to get the locks rekeyed on the house. We paid a deductible and then I got a text message saying the person the job was contracted to and that they would contact me. It was supposed to be 24 to 48 hours but I didn't hear anything on the second day so I texted the company. I wanted to make sure that we were tracking to get the locks down on the house. The inside air conditioner unit had flooded. When I submitted a claim online to AHS, the website was easy to maneuver. It said we were to be contacted within 24 hours by the contractors. I was satisfied with the service provided by Air Doctor. I’m very satisfied with my experience with AHS too.
