American Home Shield was good but they took more time. The claims process went smoothly but they would take four to five days. The turnaround time should be a little bit faster. The AC claim went fine. I called and my interaction with the representative was good. Honesty Mechanical has been good, too.

Steinmetz always does a good job of diagnosing and repairing. The issue was not so much with them but with the equipment. The compressor was starting so hard. It made a horrific noise and was shifting the entire condenser unit. It moved at about a foot at the very last phase of this thing going out. Twice, it literally loosened and ripped one bolt right out of the frame. There was another company that came out and the rep was telling me there was nothing wrong with the AC.
