File claim online. Got notified of a contractor who didn’t cover our area, then got one that did. The contractor was great and did a great job. Have heard absolutely nothing from AHS except for surveys. You really need to make follow up calls to your clients!

I got the Insurance mostly for my appliances but my plan covers more than appliances. Its great and a lots of peace of mind.I love it and plan to keep it for ever.

Some trades are better covered than others . Appliance people are scarce especially if you have LG or Samsung brands. Most trades are competent.
What I liked was how quickly AHS got a technician to come and fixed my ice maker.
