Repairs completed, but sometimes scheduling is days out and also sometimes takes over a week for repairs to be completed.
I have needed light switches and a garbage disposal replaced. Set up claims on line and was in contact with contractor almost immediately. Contractors were polite and did good work. Very happy with the whole process so far.

They have been really good on appliance repairs. Their AC repairs have a few limitations - such as freon charge that makes this a 4 star and not a 5 star review.
