We were under the impression that our entire household was covered, yet when our freezer went out, suddenly we learned that freezers were excluded and we would need to purchase more coverage to have it covered, which was way too late after we lost every bit of our saved food. Since we never received any policy in writing, it was difficult to understand how our freezer was not part of our household.
Have used them for over 15 years service is good. Takes a while to get a call back when you do service on line..I have two homes covered no discount..all the service fee has went up. Most other ones are $50
