We contacted American Home Shield for an AC issue and they sent a work request to R Harris AC & Heating. The gentleman that was assigned came on time. He diagnosed the issue and he told me the required kind of service. He fixed the problem within an hour. He did a good job. My wife's sister is a realtor up in Gainesville, Maryland and had used American Home Shield for a long time. She was very satisfied with them. We decided to go with them down here. Easy to deal with website is easy to follow
I had work done in the past and I was very pleased. But at this time I am very pleased with the people and service . Waiting for two-three hours to speak to a representiive was hare but once u reach a person I was very please
I notified Home Shield online when there was a burning smell on the ceiling fan. I was really relieved I didn't have to actually call them because that is a pain in the neck. On the phone, it can take forever. United Electric then came and they were fantastic. The person was super helpful and very thorough. The ceiling fan actually wasn't broken. I had Home Shield take care of the refrigerator and they took care of it the same day. The guy called and I told him what was going on, so he was already came prepared with the materials that he needed to fix it. When the pump in the washing machine was leaking, United Services of Arizona came out and they did so well. They happened to have the part so I didn't have to wait. They get to my home within a day and if they can't fix it , they will replace it. Very happy.
It's very simple to submit claims. I just do it online. After submitting the claim, I called the Findlay Plumbing tech. I got the appointment the same time I called them. A drain line from the sink was stopped up. They found the problem and they fixed it. It was very satisfactory. We stayed at a distance and then anytime anyone came in, I always disinfected my doorknobs.
I've only been a member/subscriber for last 4 months. I've requested repair service on 2 separate system and/or appliance needs in that 4 months. Everything has worked as advertised by AHS in both incidents. Smooth as silk in client's reporting of repair needs, AHS's scheduling a repair service provider, AHS incident follow-up, and AHS's wrap-up processes. In adfition, the services providers performance in both incidents has been sterling.
