The electrician came and then another group came to complete the work and their information conflicted with the initial technician. The second technician with the dark hair was a bit rude so I prefer not to deal with them again.

They didn't cover a pool motor repair, so why did I pay for pool coverage?

I placed at least five calls with them, they were able to resolve them. But work order for the kitchen faucet and instant hot faucets took about three months. However, it was finally replaced with less quality faucets.
