The repairs were great! I'm very dissappointed because I accidently paid twice last month and still haven't recieved my refund.

I have been a customer of American Home shield for 17 years and overall my experiences I've had I can say that they've been good. The contractors they send out are generally very professional and knowledgeable. The fee's and contract prices have increased over the years but I feel there pretty reasonable and comparable to other companies. I've had a few issues over the years but the customer service agents and upper management have help me through things.
