Our washing machine was not working so place a order for repair. A technician arrived two days later and determined we need a new washer. Choose one from the selection on website installed a week later.

Usually good service. Very nice on phone,etc. Repairs usually take 3 days to see a repair person. Final fix of dishwasher took about 10 days...wait for parts.
