Fast response via email, less then the 24 hrs timeframe when I was contacted via email for scheduling a time and the company that will be contacting me. overall great response time. Dehart Plumbing has always been great.

My policy has been in effect since January and I have had occasion to use AHS for 4 service calls ( which was the whole point of getting it). Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional, and the people who came to service my appliances and CAC were likewise.

This would have been a 5. based on previous experience. But this time, AHS has done nothing to find out why the 2 appliances I submitted a work order on about 2 months ago have not been fixed. If they cannot be fixed, then don'tthey need to be replaced? Yet it seems that AHS is not wanting to do that.
