Alright but not great. Have liked the vendors that were provided, but have been unable to login to my account or make service requests for over a year now.

I have been a customer of American Home shield for 17 years and overall my experiences I've had I can say that they've been good. The contractors they send out are generally very professional and knowledgeable. The fee's and contract prices have increased over the years but I feel there pretty reasonable and comparable to other companies. I've had a few issues over the years but the customer service agents and upper management have help me through things. Our washing machine was not working so place a order for repair. A technician arrived two days later and determined we need a new washer. Choose one from the selection on website installed a week later.
