Easy to request service, technicians are assigned almost immediately and they use good, quality service people. My experience has been that they will cover most small repairs, which usually wouldn't cost much more than the co-pay. The negative is that even though they say pre existing conditions are covered, this is definitely NOT the case. They will find a way not to cover any big item, and they have perfected double talk. I've had American Home Shield for many years now. I love them. Never had a problem with them If something goes wrong I can either call them or go on their web page and open a ticket. They call right away. Let me know who they are sending to fix my problem. They do a follow up to make sure they showed up and there was no. problems. The service is much better than in the past, but being on hold for more than an hour when I needed help, on more than one occasion was a waste of my time, and is unexcusable.
I've always gotten the help I need from good companies.

I submitted a work request on my air conditioner on line and I received a confirmation within 10 minutes. I was told a service representative would contact me within 24 hours. I received a call from the technician in 10 minutes saying he was in the area and would be there in 10 minutes. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem replaced the part and was done in 30 minutes. excellent service.
