Still on the ledge as to whether I will continue service with them. You really have to spend an enormous amount of time convincing them that certain things they say are not covered are covered according to the contract. The contractors they send are far from the best in service and properly diagnosing and fixing an issue on the first or even second visits. I have had a few repair orders that were resolved.
My experience has been great. I like being able to enter my service request online and the contractor will contact me within hours!

Our realtor bought it when we purchased our home. When we sold the home and bought another, the realtor purchased a new plan. We used the first plan twice (toilet, washing machine) and the second plan once (toilets). Both times, we were extremely pleased with the timeliness and professionalism of the technicians and the lack of any additional fees.
