When I called about a problem the first person was not very well informed at all. The second person I talked with was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me in all my needs. All my problems were resolved.

Easy to request service, technicians are assigned almost immediately and they use good, quality service people. My experience has been that they will cover most small repairs, which usually wouldn't cost much more than the co-pay. The negative is that even though they say pre existing conditions are covered, this is definitely NOT the case. They will find a way not to cover any big item, and they have perfected double talk. I've had American Home Shield for many years now. I love them. Never had a problem with them If something goes wrong I can either call them or go on their web page and open a ticket. They call right away. Let me know who they are sending to fix my problem. They do a follow up to make sure they showed up and there was no. problems.
