The guy came from**********************************. He stopped the leak i was having and put in a new condenser. He also gave me a few recommendations on ways to keep it cooler. I am a happy camper
Installer was patient and surly earned his money. He spent a couple of hours here because my heating and a/c are ancient and not the same as new systems which would have been a much easier connection. My a/c motor relay quit working and he pointed it out to me so I could get it repaired. I would highly recommend him.
This home warranty company is the best. Each time we have called they resolve the issue. If the contractor is not so good American Home Shield will correct the situation and send another contractor. It is worth the money to monthly fee of coverage.
American home shield is great. They send out reliable sub contractor who show up on time. My only issue is they put you on hold for 40-50mins before you can speak to someone. Most all transactions are via email so it’s not an issue unless you need to speak to someone live.
Great service. This is my mother's account, but since I've been in communication with them for the past seven years or so, they put me down. Sometimes my daughter would put in the request and when she does, she does it online, but I usually call. I prefer the one-on-one. I'm older and it’s easier for me. The guy from Arctic Blue Pool was excellent. He was very nice, very professional, and he got the job done quickly. He came prepared because a new part was needed and he had it in his truck. I was gonna try to get in touch with American Home Shield. The last contractor that I had come out did a great job. I thought my shower was leaking but it was actually the toilet. I've had American Home Shield for just over a year and I've had two claims. Both times, there had been no issues as far as getting service. Everything's streamlined easily. I just go online to my account, click what's wrong, and usually, I'm getting a callback within a few hours. If not, it’s the next day, so I'm not going without whatever it is that the issue is for too long. One time, I wasn't able to take a full shower with hot water. Prompt service and easy to file a claim. Recently became a customer after major water damages occurred. Once everything was fixed wanted it to stay that way. American Home Shield has been very helpful so far.
The first time the gentleman came out, the drum wasn’t spinning. He didn't have a belt on his truck and he had to order the belt. So, we had to wait another week for an appointment. The next gentleman who came in installed the belt immediately but at that time, it was also making a screeching noise. He was absolutely outstanding.
