Takes too long to get device just had drier fixed it took 3 weeks and he fixed it in 5 min

Have had this home insurance since we have bought our house and we use it often. However, we just got notified that our monthly payment is going up almost $25 a month. I think that is too much
My fridge died and they promptly replaced with new one following assessment. Installers were professional and efficient.
