A Water Solution came out to check on a possible leak. They contacted me right away and did a good job. It was a good experience with American Home Shield.
I purchased my home in December and the homeowners that sold it gave American Home Shield warranty for the first year. I definitely plan to keep it for the following year. Through the years, both at our previous residence and now our new home, we've had AHS as an extra layer of protection. Fortunately, we haven't had to use it often, but the times we did need it we were glad to have the service. They always came through for us and resolved any issues before they became problems.

I'm so grateful that I ran across American Home Shield on the internet when I was searching for home-type warranties. They were the first one that popped up. I’ve been with American Home Shield for six months and I got some issues recently. The day before yesterday, the AC didn't turn on. So, I submitted a request on Sunday night through online. I got one contractor and I called them. They said it may take more than a week to come over here. Right now, it's almost 100 here and I have three small kids. I can't wait for a week. Everything went great with the contractors that came out recently for our AC claim. It was an easy fix. The guy was friendly and professional. They got scheduled really quickly and they came when they said they were gonna come. So, that was helpful. I am very happy with AHS. I was customers years ago, switched to another company and was unhappy, and then I switched back. This is better. It's more expensive, so you get what you pay for, but it's definitely worth it.
Lane Services got our AC fixed. They were there the next day after I filed the claim. It was something with the filter that was stopping the air from flowing through and they were able to fix it that day. They were great and everything went well. I really do appreciate American Home Shield. I'm satisfied.
