Once I was eligible, I scheduled a service to have my furnace inspected. I received a call that very same day from the service company and they were at my house within two hours! Great service!!

You have to go through a gauntlet to talk to a person. It becomes very annoying and time consuming. The good thing is that American Home Shield did resolve my problem with the plumbing in my home by sending another plumbing company which I was very pleased with.
