I lived in a condo when I had this warranty and it coveted all kinds of things that didn't really apply to me. Wish these could be customized bit otherwise it was affordable and they did help when I had an issue with a stove.
I haven't called for an actual repair yet. Not sure what to expect. Technician was nice guy and said everything looked ok. No repairs were made and filters weren't dirty. But he said something could go wrong at anytime so I guess there is no such thing as "preventative maintenance" I have a different kind of filter that is electro magnetic he had not seen before. But I guess all was good.

I was skeptical at first not really knowing what to expect. I thought when it was time to ask for a service to be done, that it would be a long drawn out process, a hassle or I would get the run around.
