We had a problem with our dishwasher. We hired a company to come and repair it. The Service person who came to fix the dishwasher told us that, "These things are made to become obsolete". He told us there was nothing he could do to fix it and left. A couple of weeks later, we started getting a large lump in our woof floor in the kitchen. Around the house you may need major things fixed around the house and American Home Shield the company fore job. I have needed a few things fixed maybe even fully replaced and they did just that. Too expensive monthly and then still have to pay $75 for repair company to come. I had a water heater they won't cover. Also only covered $10 a pound for ferrion.

I have been a very satisfied customer of American Home Shield for years. I have contacted them with appliance issues and it is painless. Stuff wears out, and when it does you can call or go to the AHS website and request service. The repairman comes out and problem solved! Really, what more could you ask?

Most of my calls have been quickly responded to, but when i sought AC repair, there was no service company available
