Professional and Timely because at the time of calling we were in dire straits for the repairs on our water heater!!!!

Every thing was handled very well. Sometimes the replacement of appliances could be more cost effective
So much better than Fidelity Home Warranty. Easy to file a claim and get a vendor assigned for your problem. I own a house built in 1948 so a home warranty is a must!
Had a appliance issue and AHS was there to help get my issue resolved.

I would have given 5 stars but the technician had to come out 3 times. He was very nice and professional, but having to come back put me off. I pray my AC is fixed and I pray I won't have to call anyone back again
