AHS has been a reliable source for me on many occasions. I have been using them since 2010 when I purchased my home. I have referred family and friends.

It seems to me that American Home Shield ("AHS") is trying all possible ways to avoid making repairs to reported items. I reported water leaks from our Kitchen sink's drainpipe; AHS denied water leaks from the Basket Sink citing it's not cover under the Contract Section F4. I believe it's not covered if "caused by freezing or roots", which is not applied in my report; I sincerely request that AHS to review and have my reported Basket Sink leaks fixed at an earliest opportunity, as this had been reported since Decembet 04, 20... read more

They are very responsive at approving repairs that are needed. Some of the vendors they use are good, others are slow to finish the job.
