For the first time AHS warranty failed me. I have a dishwasher that isn't draining. One tech replaced the pump and it drained fine. As soon as he left the drain stopped draining again. I did as he suggested and I removed the strainer. It drained faster than the sink drain could flow. The water filled to the top of the sink drain. Then it stopped again. Whenever we have needed repair service, AHS is quick to respond and have the repairman in our home within 24 hours, and issue is resolved.

They are good and provide very prompt service. Un fortunately some of their contractors do not follow through with committments, is they did, I would give AHS a 5+ rating
We had issues with a few appliances and AHS promptly sent a technician out and repaired the stove and dishwasher. Few months later we had more problems with the dishwasher and since it could not be repaired AHS replaced with a new one.

Great company. they have replaced my refrigerator, stove, well pump. and keep fixing my 24 year old dryer.

American Home Shield was so easy to work with, and I'm sincerely impressed in their company. They took the time to explained details and differences in warranty coverage verses insurance coverage. They allowed me to ask questions and answered them without a judgement or a pushy attitude. When a claim was needed they work quickly to diagnosis our problem and formulated a plan to fix it fast. They had great communication to keep us posted during the whole process. Highly recommend.
