Sometimes the phone service is poor. Also, when I do not feel comfortable with a business to service something in my home, I would like to have the option to select another company from HS
I had 2 service calls. The first one was for a garbage disposal which was replaced the day after I called. Great job! The second was for a cook top and oven. The repair company did a video call to check out the problem and get serial numbers. I didn't hear from anyone for 10 days. I called the vendor and they said they didn't work on that brand of appliance and I should call American Home Shield. No one ever called to tell me that. I have called AHS 3 x and talked with 3 different people. They all said they needed to talk to... read more
