The AC wasn't cooling and the provider came and diagnosed and assessed it. It went well. They were able to make a fix. However, it was temporary because the same problem occurred. So they're coming back out tomorrow. Overall, I've been pleased with American Home Shield. It's very convenient, especially having the internet access. We submit the claim and then we usually get pretty good response. But because of COVID-19, it's taking longer for people to come out because providers are pretty busy.
Great service, On time, customer service was helpful with all the questions I had to ask. The service department was on time and repaired the issue I had with no issues afterwards.

Contact is swift and professional . My last service was above and beyond. A thorough check of all related parts of the garage door was made and necessary repairs and or replacement completed.
The wax seal in my toilet was leaking. I submitted a claim on my phone through American Home Shield's website. It’s good and I like it. Lockhart Plumbing & Remodeling contacted me to set an appointment. The techs did a good job and things have been fine since then. I like having AHS's coverage. If anything goes wrong, all I have to do is pay $75 and it gets rectified.
I have been a customer of American Home Shield for several years and they have saved me well over a thousand dollars. Their response time to my call has been very quick with a good resolution to my call.
I've called many times to American Home Shield for different things. One time, I called for a plumber and the job was done quickly. It took four days because of the pandemic, but normally, the contractors respond very quickly.
