Draingo was the vendor assigned to my AHS call and they were wonderful to work with on my clogged drain and dripping faucet. They responded to my work order immediately and had an appointment 48 hours later. They were on time, friendly and explained each step of the way. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them for all my non-warranty issues as well.
Have had AHS for years. They always send a qualified repair company to handle problems and I've always been very satisfied with service. Only problem is that if you want to call, it can be difficult to get through. Very long hold times.
The AC was low cooling. I called AHS and it was super fast because the problem got fixed the same day. The guy got here, get up on the roof, and he put cooler in it. He was a great guy. He had great personality and he was so helpful. Everything is working perfect.
Outstanding service! Tech very knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly explained the problem and proposed solution and timely completed the repair despite the extreme heat. Will definitely call again if I need pool service.

I had a leak through the plaster in my basement's ceiling which damaged it. Lockhart Plumbing & Remodeling was sent by Home Shield to handle the issue. The techs came and they had gloves and masks on. They had to cut out the opening to find the leak and then replace all of the things that were leaking. They found that there was a connection pipe that had a crack in it. It took them a couple of hours to fix things. I've gotten good service so far with AHS. They’re quick to respond.
AHS has been a good company for us with rapid response. However, when callingby phone, the wait is far too long. I waited for at least an hour. For some reason, my last washer repair request is still pending for a provider. It has been 48 hrs.
There was an issue with our top stove and Home Shield set up an appointment with Sharper Service Solutions. The first time they came out was to evaluate our top stove. The tech made a determination that a couple of parts were needed for the burner because one of the electric burners wasn't working. He ordered the parts and they came out again. DrainGo replaced my water heater that was leaking. They did a very professional job. They came in one day, assessed it, and got approval, and then installed it the next day, which was wonderful. It's been running great. Submitting the claim with AHS was pretty easy. But on couple occasions, it took a long time for them to respond or to approve the work that needed to get done.
