Excellent work and professionalism total.
I had weeds growing out of my unit. American Home Shield sent State Heating and Air. The tech was pretty good. He was really quick, too. He was here maybe 12 minutes. I have nothing but good experiences since I've had American Home Shield. Initially, I was looking at something about them in the mail. I had asked my aunt about it and she said she had it on a couple of her properties. She said it was pretty good. I then got a contract with Home Shield. I've gotten it for my father as well.
American Home Shield makes repairs so easy. I called them with an AC problem. That day, I received a phone call from an AC&R company close to my home to set up an appointment for the next day. They gave me a 4-hour window when they would come. The repairman showed up in the allotted time, found the problem quickly, and had it repaired within 30 minutes. After a small deductible, Home Shield took care of payment, all I had to do was sign the work order. I am very happy with American Home Shield and the service they provide.

The AC wasn't cooling passed 75 or 76. When I turned it on, it did start working because it was 80 and then it cooled down to 75. I submitted the claim early Thursday morning and then the contractor was here on Friday. They called me and said they were on their way. The tech was very professional and very polite.
