I decided to keep my American Home Shield warranty going after the year that came with my home purchase expired, and I am glad I did! When I tried turn my heat on to make sure it worked, it wouldn't turn on. It was easy to make a service request, and the tech that came to my house was knowledgeable and got my heat working quickly!

My Plus Program only ends up covering about 1/3 of total repair costs and that does not include the $100 trip fee . Very hard to talk to actual person when issues arise..
