The air conditioner company great. The washing machine is ok but wife is 4ft 8in and would like to have had a front loader. Has to stand on a stool to get the cloths out.

I called that morning, it was easy to file a claim and I had my problem fixed that evening! And i knew I was only going to be out my deductible, so i wasn't concerned about paying out a lot of money I didn't have at the time!

The repair man had our washer and dryer figured out soon after he got here.We had to replace them both our new ones are here but can't be installed till next Tuesday so we will soon be able to wash clothes again.
