Quality service and value for money spent
I tried to call to put in my claim but it wouldn't let me put in an option and it kinda just pushed me to the website. So I went to the website and did it through there. It took about a week and a half for the contractor to come out the first time. Then they came back out within three or four days. The Freon was low and there was a leak in the coil of my air conditioning unit. So they came back and replaced the whole unit and filled it up with Freon and I had to pay for some of the Freon.
