Follow up is not always as good or as timely as it could be
We’ve had American Home Shield since we bought the house so, we just kept it. It has been 15 years and they’ve taken care of us good. The board on the air condition was bad. It wasn't letting the fan come on. We didn’t know how to do the claim so my daughter called it in to AHS for us. Myers Comfort came out Saturday and since then, they’ve been waiting for a part to come in. He said it might take three days for them to get the part in but I haven't heard from them.
I was recommended by a friend to American Home Shield. I recently had a claim and it went well. Sierra Mechanical Service came out. I was able to call and get in contact with somebody. They answered the phone when I needed them. They were able to answer my questions. When the guy came out, he was very professional, wore a mask, and was very intelligent as far as knowing what was wrong with how to fix it and how to keep it running like brand new. I have had multiple problems with my house appliances of which they have resolved each time.
I was very happy with the quick response.
I purchased an older home and I knew I would need some assistance for repairs. A referral of a current customer led me to AHS and I signed up with them. Recently, my toilet didn't work and I submitted a claim online. Their website was very user-friendly and the techs who came out were very professional. Since the service, the toilet has been functioning well.
Great service and very prompt. Called on a leaky faucet and they immediately called back.
Because every time I need service hey send the best
The AC was not working so we went online to American Home Shield and then I got a text shortly thereafter that said that the claim was received. The next day, I got another text from Next Generation that they received my claim and they let me know when they could come out. They checked my outside AC unit and the capacitor was out. They replaced the capacitor and got the fan going. But about a day later, the AC stopped working again.
